My name is Daniel Schall, and I am a Business Management student at Point Loma Nazarene University with an expected graduation year of 2026. My professional background is built around leadership, operations, customer service, compliance, logistics, and team development.
Before pursuing my degree, I served in the United States Army as an infantry team leader. That experience helped me develop discipline, accountability, communication, and the ability to lead under pressure. After my military service, I transitioned into operations management in the boating industry, where I gained hands-on experience supervising teams, supporting customers, managing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and solving problems in fast-paced environments.
